To delete the information NeighborHood holds about you:
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
- Write “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, say which one.
We delete the account, your name, phone number, email address, and the link to Google or Facebook. Order records that the shop keeps for its accounts stay, and we do not use them to contact you. This is done within 30 days of the email.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove NeighborHood there: Settings, then Apps and websites, then NeighborHood, then Remove. Removing the app there does not by itself delete the order already stored on this website. Send the email above for that.
